The Boston BombingYesterday I heard about the Boston bombing. This naturally came as a shock to me like everyone else. Until I heard a story on a bombing in Iraq. they had 20 deaths and approx 200 people injured compared to Boston's 3 deaths and approx 17 injured. Yesterday Iraq barely made the news whilst Boston was all over it. I guess I can understand why it got more coverage, Boston isn't known for being bombed, but I cant shake the feeling that this isn't fair to the families of the 20 deceased. Are 3 Americans lives worth more than 20 Iraqis? I thought every life was valuable and, with more deaths and many more casualties, I thought people would care more about Iraq. There are probably legitimate reasons behind this but I don't know. Feel free to correct me or give your perspective in the comments but PLEASE give evidence or something is the comments, does anyone else find it annoying when complete ignorant nonsense is thrown around the internet like nobody's business?
