Qemma also mentioned this but I would like to share my side of the story. We were split up into 2 teams Americans vs. Germans (Qemma and I were both American). There were about 4 different scenarios where one team would attack and the other defend (America won most of the time :D). In the last game, I ran out of pellets, so at the end when they split us into teams of lest than 10 pellets and more, I became a zombie. The rules for this one was that zombies could only walk, they had no weapons, they had to collect the 3 'corpses' and they had unlimited lives (if they got shot they didn't have to go back to the start) and only 3 zombies were all

Yesterday I heard about the Boston bombing. This naturally came as a shock to me like everyone else. Until I heard a story on a bombing in Iraq. they had 20 deaths and approx 200 people injured compared to Boston's 3 deaths and approx 17 injured. Yesterday Iraq barely made the news whilst Boston was all over it. I guess I can understand why it got more coverage, Boston isn't known for being bombed, but I cant shake the feeling that this isn't fair to the families of the 20 deceased. Are 3 Americans lives worth more than 20 Iraqis? I thought every life was valuable and, with more deaths and many more casualties, I thought people would care mor

Today was an eventfully new years day. In the morning I got my glasses up my nose instead of on it and stubbed my toe going to the toilet. At lunch I went for a kayak on my cities river with my dad. We went upstream and up wind AT THE SAME TIME. We didn't get far. At home I then walked the dog. I got halfway down the driveway before realizing I didn't have my dog with me (I live on a back section, long driveway). If today is anything to go by, I'm not overenthusiastic about 2013.
